BMBA provides high-quality, expert-led tailor-made training packages, including in-house and team-based training as well as regular training events across the UK and Europe.
We have particular expertise and experience in delivering risk-assessment training, including assessing risk of violence (HCR-20 and HCR:v3) as well as risk of sexual violence (RSVP) in mentally disordered offenders and mental health populations.
We also provide short-courses on therapeutic approaches of particular relevance to forensic settings, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and motivational interviewing. We have significant expertise in providing specialist training on CBT for psychosis, and working with personality disorder and complex presentations.
